[j-nsp] Confed and RR

I have inherited a network that currently uses confederations since some of our distribution devices cannot handle a full routing table.  I am turning up a new site and was wondering if I can configure route reflection going forward, and go back over time and convert.  Does Juniper allow you to run both confeds and route reflector on the same box?
