[j-nsp] setup RIP over a L2TP session on the MX (l2tp-inline-lns)

Hi list,
      Does anyone know how I can setup RIP over a L2TP session on the MX (l2tp-inline-lns)? The subscriber interface is dynamically created and I can't add it to the rip neighbor under a dynamic-profile.  I tried using a loopback for the neighbor and including peer ip address but it doesn't work.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
