[j-nsp] Static route with tracking

Hi everybody, 

I need your help to know if it's possible to set an static route with tracking (like dvsr on Redback or IP SLA + tracking on Cisco) on MX480 (Junos V13.3R7.4)? 

I want to install in the forwarding table and propagate one static route in iBGP only if the IP of Gateway if reachable. 

It's possible to do this in very simple manner without Eventscript?
