does this mean that mpls l3vpn's WILL NOT work without the bgp license ?

 

seems that regarding the l3vpn vrf functionality, that the control plane is
working but forwarding plane is not.

 

Asking since I am seeing on this ex4550 that the mpls forwarding table is
populated.ospf igp routes are being learned.bgp vpnv4 neighbors and address
families are up.. Vrf route table is being learned. BUT NO TRAFFIC SEEMS TO
BE FORWARDED.

 

EX4550 running JUNOS 12.2R1.9

 

If the problem is understood to be regarding the bgp license, then just let
me know and I'll troubleshoot elsewhere.
