[j-nsp] MX series - FPC3 compatibility with SCB2 and SCBE

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for the right SCB to upgrade an MX960 where I already have
several FPC3s. I've been unable to find a document with the xPCs supported
by every SCB. I've seen that SCBE2 is not compatible with SCB2 ( 'support
for MPC line cards only' in http://juni.pr/1FkBbGI), but I would be
grateful if anybody could confirm me if FPC3 is supported if an MX with
SCB2s or SCBEs.
