Well MXes also have VOQs and... :)
What is important is how granular the VOQs are. (not mentioning other QOS system design choices that are crucial for a core box in a converged network).
PTXes have VOQ for of each of the 8 egress port queues -which is to my knowledge the best granularity out there.
Does QFX have the same?

*by a converged network I mean one that carries traffic of different priorities.
