Yes that's exactly it, didn't know it's available in XR -and for some time already (but only for v4 -though arguably there are not that many v6 prefixes, yet).
Also like how it can be verified via the RIBVer/RIBAckVer in "show bgp sum" or all details including actual update time via "show bgp process performance-statistics detail".
