[j-nsp] MX480 + RE-S-1300 with more than 1024 VRRP instances possible?

Hello Nitzan,

thanks for the hint, interfaces with inheritance indeed seam not to be be
calculated.
I was able to go above 1024.
Also got to know from Juniper that Junos 15.1 removes the instance limit
(but did not try).
