Not really, no.  They need the dual inputs for the wattage.  4.1kW per
PEM.  If it loses an input it'll derate to half that.  They're
designed to be on the same feed, separate plugs.  Otherwise you end up
with special connectors for UL/IEC/NEBS which is a PITA.
