The MICs are the ones which are on 'fabric side'. The rationale is
easy. WAN side has 4*XFP PHY, fabric side does not have. To connect
anything in fabric side you'll need IX chips. Hence 4x10GE MIC could
never work in MX80/MX104, because it relies on MQ's WAN side PHYs.
