Just fyi about protecting.... I've got v4 and v6 mpls l3vpn (6vpe) dual stacked on my acx5048 and I've accomplished protecting control plane from external ssh for public ipv4 and ipv6 addresses and also from local customers hitting fe80::/10 link local on subscriber facing irb

Seems to be working on the inet and inet6 firewall acl attached to vrf routing-instance
