Thanks Alexamder,
Problem solved,
at SJ route were IGP(OSPF), which was not active for BGP.  So, advertising-inactive solved the problem.  Just one command in bgp group.
Thanks.

 Hello,

I guess You are concerned about this route:

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
192.168.16.1/32        192.168.16.1        0      100 I
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

It is probably known to HK via IGP/static and You need
"advertise-inactive" knob to force it to go to SP.

Thx

Alex
