[j-nsp] IRB with VRRP configuration issue

Hi, please try adding:

bridge-domains {
    vlan30 {
        vlan-id 30;
        routing-interface irb.30;
    }

and change routing-instances config:

routing-instances {
    our-networks {
        interface irb.30;
    }
}
