[j-nsp] ACX5048 - 40 gbps ER 40 km optic

     Well,

     We had a few issues with FS.com devices in our QFX's.

     We're still looking if its the platform or FS.com.

     Although we replaced them with Juniper certified devices from 
optic.ca and its going better for the past 3 weeks.
