[j-nsp] SRX WAN DHCP

Just adding that new jdhcpd daemon was implemented long ago and 
coexisted at least in junos 12 and 13 causing a lot of confusion. Old 
dhcpd daemon was (recently) removed, so OP needs to adjust to new 
config.
