[j-nsp] iSCSI on EX4550 switch port

The EX4550 has terribly small buffers (4MB if memory serves - pun intended).

Do you have this setup:

    set class-of-service shared-buffer percent 100

It has helped us for a while, but it's time to kick this box out.
