[j-nsp] Configuring of MACsec for three EX4300 Switches

Hi, 
 
we need a layer2 tunnel between two EX4300 switches using MACsec.
Since everything suggested in 
https://www.juniper.net/documentation/en_US/junos/topics/task/configuration/macsec-configuring-mx-series.html 
is not working, we want to know how the code snippet (working tunnel for a EX4200 Juniper switch)

       dot1q-tunneling { 
           layer2-protocol-tunneling { 
               all; 
           }

looks for a EX4300 switch, where dot1q-tunneling isn't available.
