[j-nsp] dhcpv6 IA_PD syslogging

got isc kea working with juniper acx5048 dhcpv6 relay... wanted to 
circle back with y'all...  the linux eng I work with said that isc kea 
opensource version 2.4.1 on ubuntu 24.04 lts provides pd logging.  this 
might be your mention of "pretty minimal".  Unsure what the "isp level" 
logging would should, but this is a probably sufficient for us.  shows 
mac address-to-ipv6 ia_pd mapping.

root at mydhcpv6srvr:/etc/kea# grep DHCP6.*LEASE /var/log/syslog
