Thanks for setting this list up James!
The initial question that spurred the creation of this list was in regard to
a NANOG job board. Network Operations includes VoIP and Security these days,
in addition to IP and Ethernet switching/routing centric roles. I think the
list should be open to the broader, more inclusive scope.
I think that allowing "availability" posts will cause too much noise and
likely reduce the usefulness and participation in the list. I suggest
limiting OPs to Open positions (this will likely need to be moderated).
