[Network-jobs] other side of the coin

If the list is to succeed, it has to be  a place where people who are 
looking to hire will come and post.  While there may be some special 
cases, those people are not going to be reading the list.  A list full 
of people posting resumes is not going to be very attractive to them.

If you want to have a list where people can post and discuss resumes, it 
should be a separate list.
