[Network-jobs] other side of the coin

I disagree. If all we are looking for is an HR-bot, then go to
monster.com or someplace like that. If we are looking to build a
community where we can do some real human networking, I think this list
is the place for it. And if this is a place for people to communicate
about where the job opportunities are, then I say it needs to be a
bidirectional conversation.
