We have an office out there and it's pretty messy, we though we were 
well covered with redundant 'net connectivity and backup ISDN etc but we 
got to a point on Wednesday where even ISDN and PSTN calls were failing. 
My attempts to reroute traffic via some other route to any of our 
connections in India were futile, I had the same problems going via FLAG 
themselves, Level-3, Abovenet and I even tried BT. Looks like it's 
slowly getting better though.
