we've been trying for some time to get NIC.ru to suspend the hack-off.ru 
domain name, we have complaintants around the world. we've been successful 
in suspending its cousin, the .info domain, but the .ru remains elusive.

it moves around from time to time, so if you do wind up blocking it via IP 
note that it will get bypassed soon.
