Greetings everyone!

Team Cymru will be closed from Friday 24 DEC 2010 through Sunday 2 JAN
2011, inclusive, for the Christmas and New Year holidays.  All
non-emergency matters received via e-mail during this time will be
deferred until we return on Monday 3 JAN 2011.

On-call staff will be available for emergency matters as always.  Our
24x7 NOC hotline for emergencies is available at +1-630-230-5401.
Please keep in mind that this number will wake someone up in
non-US-waking-hours, or pull them away from family/vacation time during
other times, so please ensure it's really an emergency. :)
Non-emergency matters can be directed to our usual e-mail addresses,
team-cymru at cymru.com for general inquiries and noc at cymru.com for
network/engineering-specific issues.

We hope everyone has a happy and safe holiday and new year, whatever you
may or may not celebrate.  If you're working during this period, enjoy
the (relative) quiet! :)
