Tomorrow, December 23 will be my last day at the University of Minnesota.
Starting next week, I'll be moving out into the commercial world.  I will
be unsubscribing shortly.  When he is ready, Ben Allen from the University
of Minnesota will be applying for membership.  I wholeheartedly trust Ben
and would support his admittance to NSPSEC.

It has been my privilege and pleasure to be a part of this community.  I
will gladly reapply if the circumstances ever present themselves.  If any
