 I'll gladly buy someone a beer if they can get China Telecom to black
hole route this IP - 202.1.25.153/32

We've been calling and emailing them, following their escalation
procedure and after 3 and a half hours, they still haven't bhr'd it.  I
did get confirmation a couple of months ago that they deployed bhr - so
it's just a matter of getting some over there to trigger it.  Any
assistance would be appreciated. 

At this time, we aren't looking for anyone else to bhr this IP - just
CT.
