Yes, the mail notification component will also be retired.  They were
the same system.

Indeed it doesn't.  I didn't share the link to the info page but rather
just the sign-up page.  Apologies.

That hasn't been the case. We've just included NSP-Sec list members in a
group of people who receive it "automatically".  We have non-member ISP
from around the world that also get reports.  They have largely moved to
TC Console. TC Console, like Daily Reports / ASN Alerts, is not tied to
list membership.
