That was always my understanding of how *this* list worked. Individuals
were vouched onto this list because of their operational role at their
employer and their trustworthiness, and letting the group decide that. If
I became an accountant at Google Fiber or Accountants-R-Us instead of a
security engineer, or you already had a bunch of GFiber people, I would no
longer meet the requirements for the list. It seems role first, then
person.. there are other places where the reverse seems to carry more
weight, person first then role.
