Maybe [outages-websites] could exist, where we can hem and haw about
the relative importance of Twitter or Facebook or Timecube, while
arguing which is more important or relevant!

This thread seems to start again every time someone (or their
customers who think Facebook is The Internet) want to discuss whether
or not popular sites reliability merits reams of griping and arguing
and ad-hominem foolishness versus each individual's chosen method of
making money. Why not give it a place to exist, in it's own corner
where those interested can participate, and save me 30 emails whenever
someone can't reach a single website for more than a few minutes.
