Bug...like this one?

Details: On Thursday, September 8th from 9:25 PM to 9:45 PM, an
incoming Internet route with extended BGP attributes triggered a problem
with some older XMission routers that caused some of our IBGP sessions to
flap, causing connectivity problems within our network.  We took action to
block the particular route to prevent it from occurring again, and
coincidentally, we were waiting for replacements for the old routers... <snip>
