[Outages-discussion] Comcast Business flapping?

Sadly, the only way to get real support from Comcast (business or personal), is to publicly Tweet about it.  My Comcast Business had upstream loss for 2 months before I tweeted  and got a response of 4-5 people on site first thing in the AM for a week and the problem was finally resolved.  @ComcastCares, @ComcastBill, @ComcastSteve etc
