	The salesforce.com Technology Team has resolved the 
	service availability issue on the NA2 instance. The 
	issue began at 10:25am UTC and was completed at 
	16:24pm UTC. The problem was related to a fault in 
	our storage tier, which has subsequently been resolved.

	during this situation.
