[Outages-discussion] Internet outage affects CenturyLink customers (MO and six-state area)

We saw all of our sites come back up at 2am ET last night. The two big
states our customers got hit in was NC and TX.

We also had all of TWC customers in TX drop off for about an hour last
night too... they blamed it on a change request/ticket that was supposed to
be non-service affecting.
