[Outages-discussion] Internet outage affects CenturyLink customers (MO and six-state area)

This was from one of our providers in Texas for a scheduled outage:

"Century Link (Qwest) NNS will be performing permanent
repairs to 132 count Dallas - Ft Worth backbone cable to correct damage
sustained in a January 2012 fiber cut."

It matches the time frame you listed.
