2nd UPDATE: Apparently, a contractor was removing a chiller on 4 and someone 
cut the wrong pipe with a torch.  Took them a while to evac the building, 
as many people thought it was a drill.  They're sniffing all 35 floors now,
preparatory to letting everyone back inside.
