3rd UPDATE: WTSP TV now reporting that 675 people were evacuated, and after
TFR having cleared the building, they're now being let back in.  BN9 also
reporting the clearance:

This will likely be the final update on this incident; I've seen no reports
that anything Internet or telco related failed to survive being ignored for
a couple hours.  :-)
