[Outages-discussion] Amazon issue overnight?

Our monitoring system showed access to www.amazon.com over IPv4 down or
timing out from 12:04 am to 12:18 am, and then again from 12:30 am to 12:55
am (Central).

Anyone else see that?  I looked at a few of the other monitoring sites,
including Amazon's own (which only noted something for their turks), but saw
nothing else.
