[Outages-discussion] Are sustained DDoS attacks against US banksongoing?

I had some issues with Chase's site a few days ago, and I received the
message from PNC late last night. There have been reports on this list
of some issues with Bank of America I think a month or two ago as well
so the basic information PNC provided is probably true.
