[Outages-discussion] Anonymous attack set for Tuesday

looking at the list of targets, the highest ones are superficial government
websites. even so, whitehouse.gov is snappy for me, as is ordinary
consumer access to my targeted credit union. an agent at my call center
said they have not experienced anything unusual, and her team had not been
informed about any threats or potential unusual activity. it doesn't seem
that operation was overly concerned.
given how little anyone has said this far into the day, i wonder what this
kind of report by usatoday means.
