Looks like service was restored between 3:05 and 3:10 pm Eastern:

 

FROM ATT/ALL CLEAR:

 

Our BVoIP team has announced that the issue has been

resolved. Unofficial time is: 2:05 PM CDT. Official will follow as part of the

formal analysis.

 

I will update you with the formal Reason For Outage/Root

Cause Analysis (RFO/RCA) as soon as it becomes available.

 

Please follow the normal ticketing process for any

further issues.
