Largest dam in the US, 770' tall earthen dam. The emergency spillway is
what is having issues. The problem is due when the main spillway developed
a hole and was having issues so they tried to use the emergency spillway.
They are trying to bring down the level of the lake to turn off the
emergency spillway so they can fix/patch the problem. big traffic jam
coming out of the area.
