[Outages-discussion] [outages] NVIDA Enterprise Customer Portal Outage

Knowing about 'internal' errors for big services is helpful.

Technically the Amazon outage was not a network outage (they killed 
their file S3 index servers according to the Report)

Such an 'internal' outage still generates calls to customer service and 
its nice to be able to say 'Yeah, those guys are having an issue' right 
away instead of doing the research to determine same.

The question of is NVIDIA a big enough player is left for others to decide.
