[Outages-discussion] Charter in Northern MI

Hey everyone!

I'm on Charter in the upper peninsula of Michigan and see a lot of packet
loss to a lot of places, like Gmail or Michigan Tech University.

Wondering if anyone else in the UP/Wisconsin sees something similar or
knows anything.
