[Outages-discussion] [outages] Google Drive outage

This is looking to be a botched update push from Google.

Now I am starting to worry about what the cleanup of this is going to look
like. Will Google have some automated way to undo their mistake or are we
going to be stuck fixing this manually (uninstall/reinstall) for all of our
affected users?
