[Outages-discussion] [outages] Spectrum Outage

We have both Internet and voice (SIP) services from Spectrum, based out of the Fitchburg WI head-end.  Our traffic graphs are not showing any evidence of an outage late yesterday evening nor overnight.

Throwing this over to the discussion since the outage, at least for SW Ohio seems to be resolved. Anyone with any insight as to what happened? Seems that it took out Ohio, Kentucky, and Wisconsin.
