[Outages-discussion] AWS Problems?

We've got a few hosted services (Canvas, Panopto, Slack) that for us are
all based out of AWS US East 1 and loading files out from all of those
services (assignments, video lectures, images) seems to be really really
slow.

Most recently we had a problem with a Panopto video and Slack images
between 1pm and 2pm US Eastern today.

Anyone else experienced this?
