[Outages-discussion] AT&T Call Routing to Level 3 Broken

We have several DID's on Level 3 that are not reachable by AT&T's network
at the moment. Is there anyone from AT&T or any contact process I can use
to get them to look at this for us. We dont even see the calls hitting our
network. Any help would be appreciated. The region impacted is the Gulf
Coast area specifically the Mississippi coast region.
