Are you using DoH, or 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1?  Both of those services were down as well according to cloudflarestatus.com <http://cloudflarestatus.com/>.
With FireFox defaulting to Cloudflare’s DoH service, I’m sure this will get people to think about alternatives.
