Got it.

Our trunks were all PRI direct into Asterisk, no channel bank, just a CSU/DSU.

But yeah, that doesn't seem to support Mel's suggestion.

Understand: I'm not saying people shouldn't be scheduling their tests --
though I never have, and no one ever bitchedl you just gotta be professional
about the thing -- but telling people they must, and providing *even telecoms
professionals* with no visible means to acquire the number they have to call...

Nope; non-starter.
