I can confirm I've had one customer having trouble reaching Yahoo from Office 365 since Thursday/Friday. I hadn't seen any other complaints. A secondary vendor insisted that DKIM needed to be configured. No reports on Reddit that I could find. I did see an announcement in the O365 dashboard but it looks like it's been there at least a month and since problems only started around Thursday/Friday, I didn't think it was related.
I can report back if anyone would like an update.
